My way to keep things simple for you is to pick out some few sustainable trend looks for S/S-2013. These looks have everything that I think suits all ages. The look is timeless, comfortable and simple chic. The best fashion style that never goes out fashion is natural beauty of bodyshapes mixed with your own strong personality. When these two sides mixes together, it creates a unique shining third look that only can be your own trademark of being really truly beautiful you. You become the Sun of the light!!!
MY, PERSONAL STYLE
I will describe my personal style as very classic, comfortable and chic. You older I become, you more important it´s for me that I feel comfortable with the things I wear on me. It should be flexible and feminine at the same time. If my clothes and shoes don’t feel good on me, I don’t wear it at all. I admit that I have bought some shoes over the years that looked very nice and felt ok in the store when I bought them. But when I come home and walked in the shoes for the longer-term, I felt that the shoes were to hard for me to walk in. So I gave the shoes away immediately to charity. So the shape, the quality, the fabric, the color and the look in balance with the good price, gives the outcome if the product has a value for me to buy or not to buy. It´s my personal will of luxury.
To be and to feel comfortable in your own clothes is a deep luxury of feeling truly you. It´s a great and a luxury feeling to have. So this season I will re-cycle many clothes that I bought from the last seasons and years. I will update with new modern shapes mixed with my own personality.

Create contrast and increase and develop your own self-value of Personality. This is the main key and the big success to personal style. The key to be and feel chic is to create contrast with your own personality and your physical body. So for example if you have a strong personality, you could balance your clothes to look more casual. If you have a more sweet personality then it could be good for you to have some colors that shine up your inner you of feeling gorgeous. If you have very minimalistic tone-in-tone look, you could create a contrast with two different structures in the fabric. The newest fashion trend in 2013 is to create contrast to transparent materials and fabric. For example if you are having an elegant skirt, mix it with a laidback raw T-shirt. The key is to know your self´s personality, physical body and mix it together with shapes and colors or patterns, that suits you best. When you feel comfortable chic in your clothes you attract the good!

My creative expression “EAST MEETS WEST” is a little sustainable look-book, that I have created especially for you readers. I hope I can inspire you with the sustainable re-cycle classic spring summer trends. Celebrate the past international timeless style looks from the last seasons, and years mixed together with the eastern natural exotic timeless beauty of the Indian woman and top model Lakshmi Menon.
I saw her for the first time in 2009/2010, when I visit India for the first time in my life. She was on the cover of the Indian Vogue, and she had an inner and outer beauty that shined, reflected and captured the feeling of the new power of the modern Indian woman’s real inner and outer beauty.
For me, she captures that spirit of life, colors and the feeling of global movements of being in 2013. She will be my re-cycled top model. Showing us some of the classic spring/summer trends that always comes back, and return to us every season of the year. Good sustainable style looks from the international top designers past collections. These sustainable collections are still very modern today and in the coming future of being a modern confident international woman that empowers both inner and outer beauty.
